Typical deliverables: Domain reference architectures, golden paths, cost/performance optimization strategies.

Demonstrates leadership across technology stacks. Can articulate strategy and technical pathway forward to senior leadership. Ensures we do not diverge from approved patterns, technology standards, and compliance regulations. Delivers well-designed, testable, effective code and/or infrastructure componentry.



Excels within the DLC and can partner with business and infrastructure to collect/interpret requirements and present back in clearly defined flowcharts with all supporting documentation.

Defines and implements new automation and AI tooling, and evangelizes across the team.

Serve as the primary technical owner for key initiatives, driving technical strategy, patterns, and standards across platforms, services, and integrations.

Partner closely with product, business, and engineering teams to define requirements, shape roadmaps, and ensure solutions meet client and regulatory needs.

Evaluate and select technologies (cloud services, data platforms, integration frameworks, infrastructure components, applications), balancing performance, cost, scalability, and operational resilience.

Produce high-quality design artifacts (architecture diagrams, sequence flows, APIs, data models) and maintain clear, traceable documentation.

Knowledgeable of emerging technologies and associated services.
