About the Role:





Billing Engineer will be responsible for
planning, estimation, technical review, monitoring, cost control, quality
assurance, billing verification, and overall coordination of civil
construction, repair, maintenance, and infrastructure improvement works across
multiple school campuses.

The role will be based at the Head Office and
will involve reviewing requirements received from field teams, validating
technical proposals, preparing and reviewing estimates and BOQs, coordinating
with SCM/vendors/consultants, monitoring progress, reviewing measurements and
bills, tracking budgets, and providing technical guidance to field engineers.
