About the Role

We are looking for a Head – Commercial (Hotel Partners) to own the commercial performance, retention, and growth of Hotel Superhero’s hotel partner portfolio. This is a high-ownership leadership role responsible for ensuring that our hotel partners achieve strong
revenue performance while building long-term, high-value relationships with Hotel Superhero. You will lead a team of Revenue Managers who manage the day-to-day revenue operations for partner hotels.




Your role will be to provide strategic direction, drive portfolio-level performance, strengthen partner relationships, and identify opportunities to grow the business. You will be the senior commercial point of contact for key hotel partners and will act as a trusted advisor to
hotel owners on revenue strategy, market opportunities, pricing, and overall business growth.The ideal candidate is commercially driven, comfortable working with data, strong in stakeholder management, and capable of building and leading a high-performing team

Core Mandates & Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Commercial Portfolio Ownership

● Portfolio Revenue & Growth: Own overall revenue targets, RevPAR, occupancy, ADR, retention, and profitability across the assigned hotel partner portfolio.
● Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and scale a team of Commercial/Revenue Managers to execute end-to-end commercial operations with high quality and consistency.
