Job Title: Outbound Sales Team Leader

Core Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing outbound sales team to exceed daily targets.
- Monitor and guide Tele-callers, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance.
- Set and communicate clear sales goals, coaching team members on effective sales techniques.
- Prepare schedules, calculate shrinkage and attrition, and generate relevant reports.
- Motivate the team to achieve individual and collective goals through positive reinforcement.
- Develop and implement timelines to ensure the team consistently meets targets.
- Conduct regular training sessions to maximize the potential of team members.




- Foster a positive working setting that encourages team collaboration and success.
- Perform weekly performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and recognition.

Key Competencies:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a TL in outbound sales processes.
- Proficient in using dialer systems and experience in outbound sales.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- Confident with exceptional negotiation skills.
- Previous experience in personal loan sales is a plus.
- Graduate/Postgraduate qualifications preferred.
