The role
You write the words behind everything we make. That means:
Scripts for 15–90s short-form ads, SaaS explainers, AI short films, and launch trailers
Research before writing — the client's product, their competitors, their audience, and what's currently working on the platform the video is going to.
Original concepts, not just execution of a brief. You bring angles the client didn't ask for
Scripts written to our production constraints: shot count, AI generation limits, what the editor can actually build.
Direct collaboration with the producer, editors, and clients — including live rewrites in review calls.




Fast turnarounds. First drafts in 24–48 hours is normal here.
What you need to be able to do
Not credentials. These are the results:
Write a hook that holds attention past three seconds, repeatedly, not by luck.
Structure a 30-second ad and a 5-minute film with equal control — different tools, same discipline.
Explain a complex product in one sentence a stranger understands.
Shift voice between brands without every script sounding like you.
Write to a visual constraint and know the difference between a line that reads well and a line that plays well on screen.
Research a niche you know nothing about and sound credible in it by the next day.
Kill your own lines when the edit says they don't work.
