Roles & Responsibilities

Design and develop efficient, reusable, and scalable backend systems using Python.
Work with AI/ML models, data pipelines, and APIs to build intelligent and scalable applications.
Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and front-end developers to deliver high-quality features.
Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Debug and resolve issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in development.




Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies relevant to Python and backend development.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
Proficiency in relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Working knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus.
Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in product-based environments with Agile/Scrum methodology.
Exposure to asynchronous programming or message queues (e.g., Celery, RabbitMQ, Kafka).
Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test automation.
