About the Role
Own end-to-end delivery of Revenue Growth Management programs for global CPG and Retail clients. You'll translate complex commercial challenges into scalable analytics solutions, lead a team of 10–20 analysts, and sit at strategy tables with C-suite clients.

What You'll Do
Lead multi-workstream RGM programs (pricing, promotions, assortment, trade investment, net revenue management)
Manage multiple clients, ensuring measurable business impact (price realization, promo ROI, margin improvement)
Translate ambiguous commercial questions into structured analytics problems
Build credibility with senior stakeholders—act as a trusted RGM advisor, not just a delivery manager
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing analytics team
Identify new opportunities and support account expansion

What We're Looking For
12 ± 1 years of experience (8+ in analytics delivery)
Strong RGM / Commercial Analytics experience with CPG or Retail clients
Proven track record managing multi-client, multi-workstream programs
Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)



and cloud platforms (Snowflake, Databricks)
Deep understanding of commercial domains (pricing, promo, trade mechanics)
