We craft handcrafted silver-plated serveware, crystal barware, jade accessories, vases, and candle stands, along with corporate gifting and wedding order programmes, designed to be treasured for generations.
The Role
We're looking for a Social Media Manager who can build a distinct, premium voice for La Maison Eterna across platforms. This role is about growing a community that actually converts and stays engaged, not just chasing follower counts. You'll own our content calendar, day-to-day posting, and community engagement, while working closely with design and performance marketing to keep organic and paid content aligned.
What You'll Do
Own the content calendar and day-to-day posting across Instagram, and other relevant platforms
Plan and shoot/source content that reflects the brand's luxury aesthetic: product features, behind-the-scenes craftsmanship, gifting stories,



and seasonal campaigns (weddings, festive gifting, corporate gifting)
Write captions and social copy in a tone consistent with a premium heritage brand
Manage community engagement: respond to comments and DMs, and build relationships with the audience
Track performance using real metrics: engagement rate, saves, shares, follower growth quality, and social-driven traffic/revenue, not just reach or impressions
Identify and manage relationships with relevant micro and macro influencers/creators for collaborations and gifting
Work with the design team to brief content and ensure visual consistency across organic and paid social
Stay on top of platform trends and features (Reels, Stories, etc.) and adapt them to fit the brand without chasing every trend
What We're Looking For (Required)
1-3 years of experience managing social media for a brand, ideally in luxury, lifestyle, fashion, or home decor
