JOB SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
Experience pathway: Minimum 7-10 years of hands-on production planning experience in the flexible packaging industry.




High-potential pathway: Engineering graduate from an IIT or NIT with strong analytical ability, comfort with data & statistics, and demonstrated aptitude for operational excellence; relevant manufacturing or planning exposure is preferred.
Strong understanding of production scheduling, capacity and constraint planning, material requirements, inventory control, order prioritization, and delivery performance in a converting/manufacturing setting.
Advanced working knowledge of ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, dashboards, and data-based problem solving; experience with SAP and Power BI will be favorable.
Demonstrated capability in Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, root-cause analysis, and disciplined execution.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, decision-making, and follow-through skills, with the ability to work effectively under time-sensitive and changing priorities.
