Sr. Design Engineer
· Design and develop machines and machine components.
· Prepare 3d models, manufacturing drawing ,BOM’s and assembly drawings.
· Daily and weekly design work plan -as per instructions from reporting head
· Design machine project - using different software Creo /AutoCAD & Solid works
· Work closely with production, fabrication, machining , electrical, purchase & automation teams.
· Resolve shop floor design and manufacturing issues,
· Improve existing machine designs for performance, reliability and cost.
· Follow-up till design plan to final work order completion.
· Support Client for their requirement and solve their design query
· Maintain work report and submit to HOD on timely manner.
Qualification : Diploma/B.E./M.E. – Mechanical

Experience require :
Minimum 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in machine design and manufacturing.
Proficiency in AutoCAD 2d/3d design , Solid works, Creo software.
Valuable understanding of machining , fabrication ,welding, sheet metal casting, and assembly process.
