Role: Client Servicing Manager
Litadzmedia is looking for a proactive and results-driven Client Servicing Manager to manage and grow relationships with advertisers, brands, and partners.
The role involves managing end-to-end client relationships, from onboarding and campaign planning to execution, performance tracking, reporting, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day relationships with advertisers,



agencies, and business partners.
Understand client objectives, campaign requirements, KPIs, and performance goals.
Coordinate with internal performance marketing, affiliate, operations, tracking, and publisher teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Handle campaign onboarding, tracking requirements, offer setup, creatives, budgets, and other operational requirements.
Monitor campaign performance and regularly share updates, reports, and actionable insights with clients.
Analyze key performance metrics such as conversions, ROI, CPA, ROAS, retention, and revenue to identify growth opportunities.
Recommend data-driven optimizations to improve campaign performance and scale successful campaigns.
Maintain transparent communication and set realistic expectations around campaign performance, volumes, and timelines.
