About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer / Analytics Engineer with strong experience in Salesforce, DBT, Snowflake, and Fivetran to design, develop, and optimize scalable data solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building robust data pipelines, enabling analytics, and supporting business intelligence initiatives. Experience in migrating from legacy BI platforms to up-to-date BI tools such as Sigma Computing, Omni, or similar platforms is highly desirable.

What You'll Do:

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for data and application testing.
Perform Manual Testing and Automation Testing for data platforms and healthcare applications.
Validate DBT models, transformations, business rules, and data quality checks.
Conduct Snowflake Testing, including data validation, reconciliation, and performance verification.




Execute ETL/ELT Testing to ensure accurate movement and transformation of data from source to target systems.
Develop and run complex SQL queries for backend and data validation testing.
Perform Regression, Functional, Integration, System, and UAT Testing.
Identify, track, and manage defects using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
Collaborate with Data Engineers, Business Analysts, and Product Teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.
Create and maintain automation frameworks and reusable test scripts.
Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards and data quality requirements.

Expertise You'll Bring:

Experience in Quality Assurance, including Manual and Automation Testing.
Strong hands-on experience in Snowflake Testing, DBT (Data Build Tool), and SQL-based data validation.
