Role Description The Security Operations Center (SOC) Manager is responsible for leading the SOC function, overseeing security monitoring,



incident detection, and response activities to safeguard Axis Max Life Insurance Limited’s information assets and technology environment. This full-time, in office role based in Gurgaon involves managing a team of security analysts, setting operational priorities, and ensuring that security events are triaged, investigated, and resolved according to defined procedures and service levels. The SOC Manager will collaborate with IT, risk, compliance, and business stakeholders to refine security use cases, improve threat detection capabilities, and support regulatory and internal audit requirements.
