Role Description The Performance Marketing Executive role at Aamya Health is a full-time remote position responsible for driving measurable growth across digital channels. This role involves planning and executing performance marketing campaigns, including paid search, social media ads, display, and other relevant platforms. The Executive will analyze campaign data, optimize budgets and bids, and refine targeting and creatives to improve key metrics such as conversions, cost per acquisition, and return on ad spend. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and audience research, collaborating with sales and marketing teams on integrated campaigns, preparing performance reports, and recommending data-driven improvements. The individual will also contribute to testing recent channels and strategies, ensuring all initiatives align with brand guidelines and organizational goals.

Strategy Development:



Formulate a robust performance marketing strategy and oversee its execution to ensure maximum visibility and customer acquisition.
Channel Management: Plan and manage marketing campaigns across various digital channels such as Google Ads and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
App Marketing Focus: Enhance app visibility and user engagement through targeted in-app marketing strategies and campaigns.
Data Analytics: Utilize Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to gather insights, analyze campaign performance, and optimize strategies based on data-driven decisions.
Budget Oversight: Manage and allocate budgets efficiently across different marketing channels to maximise ROI and minimise cost per acquisition (CAC).
Campaign Optimisation: Continuously test and optimise marketing campaigns to ensure the achievement of key performance indicators and conversion goals.
