Board360 is an edtech platform offering US CPA, CMA, EA, US Tax, and related skilled certification programs, built around a practitioner led teaching model. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own SEO, technical coordination with our developer team, and our link building outreach program.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role for someone who can independently run SEO, while also taking ownership of link building outreach, a program central to how Board360 builds search visibility and domain authority. You will also be the primary point of coordination between marketing and our tech team, making sure marketing dependent technical work actually gets shipped.
What You Will Do
SEO
Own SEO strategy and execution, including content planning, on page optimization, and technical SEO coordination
Track search performance and translate data into clear, actionable content and optimization decisions
Cross Functional Tech Coordination
Track and follow up on all marketing dependent technical work with the developer, tracking implementation,



landing pages, structured data, site performance fixes
Verify that reported fixes are genuinely resolved, not just marked complete
Escalate blockers and timeline risks clearly and early
Outreach, Primary KRA
Run link building outreach to relevant publications, directories, and partner sites to build backlinks and domain authority
Own outreach outcomes end to end, from first contact through to a published link
Research and prioritize the right targets, personalize outreach, and follow through patiently over multiple touchpoints
Vendor Management
Manage external vendor relationships, including merchandise and print vendors, from briefing through delivery and quality check
Creative and Content
Write clean, on brand copy for landing pages, blog content, and outreach messaging
Provide informed creative input on content and campaign assets
