Job Summary:
Seeking a Product Manager I with 1-3 years of experience in product management, preferably in a B2C environment. You will work closely with design, engineering, data science, and other cross-functional teams to identify user problems, define product requirements, and drive the execution of impactful product experiences. The ideal candidate is curious, data-driven, comfortable with ambiguity, and passionate about building easy, user-centric solutions at scale.

ABOUT THE TEAM:
Product is integral to shaping the user experience at JioHotstar. Our teams work across multiple product areas to build engaging, intuitive, and scalable experiences for millions of users. We work closely across Product, Design, Engineering, Data Science, UX Research, and Content to identify user needs, derive insights from data, and build experiences that drive meaningful impact.

Key responsibilities
Work with product managers, designers, engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to identify user problems and define product opportunities




Own product initiatives from problem discovery and requirement definition through execution, launch, and measurement
Translate user needs and business objectives into clear product requirements, user stories, and execution plans
Use data, user insights, and experimentation to identify opportunities and make informed product decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product solutions, prioritize requirements, and ensure timely execution
Track product and business metrics to evaluate impact and continuously improve the user experience
Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and competitive products to identify opportunities for innovation
Leverage AI tools in day-to-day product workflows to improve research, analysis, documentation, ideation, and overall execution efficiency
