Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on and proactive Senior System Engineer to support and maintain the technology environment across infrastructure, networking, end-user computing, cloud, security, and IT service management. This role works closely with the IT Operations Lead to ensure stable, secure,



and reliable day-to-day IT operations, while contributing to automation, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

IT Operations & Service Support

Provide L2/L3 technical support for servers, networks, applications, cloud services, and end-user technology.
Handle incidents, service requests, and escalations through the IT ticketing platform in line with SLA targets.
Perform root-cause analysis for recurring issues and support post-incident reviews.
Maintain accurate documentation, runbooks, and knowledge-base articles.

Infrastructure, Network & End-User Computing

Administer and maintain servers, storage, virtualization platforms, wireless networks, and firewalls.
Manage switches, routers, wireless access points, and Internet circuits, including vendor coordination.
Support the full device lifecycle — procurement, provisioning, refresh, and secure disposal — for laptops, deskto
