Key Roles Responsibilities

Affiliate Partnerships

Build and run the affiliate programmed end to end — recruit publishers, networks and content partners,

negotiate commercials, and manage the partner pipeline

Own payout structures (CPL, CPA, hybrid), commission economics and monthly reconciliation with

finance

Set up and own tracking and attribution — post backs, S2S, tracking links, and dedupe rules against

other channels

Police affiliate quality: monitor for fraud, incentivized traffic, brand bidding and misleading claims;

enforce creative and compliance guidelines with partners

Run partner-level P ;L — know which partners are actually profitable once lead quality is factored in,

and cut the ones that aren't

Emerging Paid Channels

Own campaign strategy, setup, targeting and optimization across Snapchat Ads, X (Twitter) Ads and

LinkedIn Ads — daily hands-on account management

Run structured channel tests with explicit budgets, success criteria and kill thresholds; write the readout

that says scale, iterate or stop





Build audience and targeting strategy per channel, including custom audiences, lookalikes and

retargeting pools

Manage budgets and pacing across channels, and reallocate toward whatever is working
Evaluate new networks and inventory as they become relevant to our audience

Creative amp; Landing Experience

Brief, test and iterate creative built for each channel — Snapchat and X do not work with recycled Meta

assets, and you will be expected to know the difference

Run a continuous creative testing calendar with clear naming, hypotheses and results
Work with design and content to keep a live pipeline of hooks, formats and angles
Partner on landing page and funnel testing — page variants, form length, offer framing — to lift

conversion, not just clicks

Data, Tracking Reporting

Own tracking integrity for your channels — pixels, conversion APIs, UTMs, GTM tags and CRM lead-
