Position Summary

The Senior Salesforce Developer designs, builds, and supports scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ), and Marketing Cloud integrations. This role ensures seamless integration with NetSuite, the BL Platform, and other enterprise systems via MuleSoft.

The position combines hands-on development with technical leadership across releases, working closely with Admins and Operations teams to deliver coordinated, well-tested change. It requires deep platform expertise, disciplined engineering practice, and robust troubleshooting ability.





Detailed Responsibilities by Category

1. Solution Design & Custom Development

Summary : Design and build scalable custom solutions across the Salesforce platform.
- Design and develop Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components.
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, maintainable platform designs.
- Assess whether requirements are best met declaratively or through code and advise accordingly.
- Develop solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Revenue Cloud.
- Maintain and refactor existing custom code to reduce technical debt.

2. Data Model & Platform Build

Summary : Build and maintain the underlying data structures supporting business processes.
- Build and maintain custom objects, fields, relationships, and data models supporting business processes.
- Build and maintain validation rules and platform logic where code-level control is required
