At Kevit, the Business Development Executive – cum – Telecaller is often the very first voice a prospective customer hears — the person who turns curiosity about our products into a meaningful conversation.

As Kevit's customer base continues to grow, we need energetic and communication-focused individuals who can reach out to prospects, clearly explain our offerings, understand customer requirements, and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
We are looking for someone who is confident on calls, comfortable working with targets, and genuinely interested in building rapport with customers. Freshers are welcome to apply.




This role is ideal for someone with 0–2 years of experience who wants to build a career in inside sales and telecalling, with hands-on exposure to real product and customer conversations from day one.
What This Role Is
A calling and lead-generation role focused on:
- Reaching out to prospective customers
- Explaining Kevit's product offerings
- Understanding customer requirements
- Qualifying potential leads
- Scheduling demos and meetings
- Following up with prospects
- Supporting the sales team in converting qualified leads
- Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets

What This Role Is Not
This is not a silent, script-reading job.
The role requires genuine conversations, active listening, relationship building, persistence, and the ability to understand customer needs — not simply dialling numbers and moving on.
