We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and optimize Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) solutions that drive business value and innovation. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, data engineering, and model deployment, with the ability to lead AI initiatives from concept to production. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to build scalable AI-powered applications and intelligent automation solutions.
- Design, develop, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models.
- Lead the development of AI-powered applications, predictive analytics, recommendation systems, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Build and optimize data pipelines for model training and inference.
- Develop and maintain Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize AI/ML models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.




- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and prompt engineering techniques.
- Collaborate with product owners, business teams, and developers to understand requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Deploy and manage models in production environments using MLOps best practices.
- Monitor model performance, drift, and reliability, and implement continuous improvement processes.
- Ensure AI solutions meet security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and recommend creative solutions.
- Mentor junior AI/ML engineers and provide technical leadership.
- Develop technical documentation, model reports, and implementation guidelines.
- Work with cloud platforms and AI services to build scalable enterprise AI solutions.
- Support troubleshooting, optimization, and maintenance of deployed AI applications.
