**What you will do** In this role, you will serve as a senior analytical professional within the R&D; Business Analysis Team. You will lead complex analyses, support strategic and operational decision-making, and act as a trusted thought partner to business stakeholders across R&D; and enterprise functions. You will also manage and develop a team of Business Analysis professionals, ensuring high-quality delivery and capability growth. **Job Responsibilities** - Lead complex financial, operational, and business analyses supporting R&D; and enterprise decisions - Develop business cases, scenarios, and recommendations to support planning and investment decisions - Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches - Partner with stakeholders to align assumptions, priorities, and insights - Deliver transparent, leadership-ready insights and presentations - Manage and develop Business Analysis team members, including goal setting, coaching, performance feedback, and development planning - Set priorities, review work quality, and ensure timely delivery across assigned workstreams - Support improvement and standardization of analytical tools, templates,



and processes **What we expect of you** The Specialist is an experienced analytical leader who operates independently, handles complex and ambiguous problems, and influences decisions through insight, expertise, and effective people leadership. **Basic Qualifications** - Overall 8-13 years of experience - Prior experience managing or leading others - Advanced proficiency in Excel and analytical modeling - Strong experience with data analysis and reporting tools **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience supporting strategic planning, portfolio management, or investment decisions - Experience managing analysts or small teams in a matrixed environment - Familiarity with enterprise systems and analytics platforms - Experience working in R&D;, operations, or regulated environments - Ability to synthesize complex information into executive-level insights **Soft Skills** - Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills - Executive-level communication and influencing skills - People leadership, coaching, and development capability - High integrity and accountability - Ability to manage multiple priorities and ambiguity
