· Independently manage banking limit approvals and renewals, as well as compliances
· Establish proactive coordination with national and private banks.
· Proficiently handle trade finance instruments, i.e. letters of credit (LC), standby letter of credit (SBLC), Bank Guarantees (BG), Performance Bank Guarantees (PBG), Buyers Credit, etc.
· Prepare comprehensive CMA Data and financial projections.
· Create term sheets for various financial institutions and private institutional parties, including commercial contract & trade structuring.
· Responsible for the finance planning & cash flow management, accordingly, develops financial strategy for the purpose of managing the financial and physical capital.
· Supervise all due diligence of financial information, understand and mitigate key elements of the organizations risk profile, construct and monitor reliable control systems.
· Develop and implement best practices and tools for a adaptable financial organization.
· Implement Financial Information Systems (FIS) and conduct profitability analysis.
