Job Description:

ROLE MANDATE • Lead and accelerate RUPES business growth across NCR, with strong focus on Gurgaon, new customer acquisition, detailing studio setups, secondary sales, product demonstrations and expansion of the wider detailing portfolio. • This is a market-building role — not an order-taking sales role. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Own RUPES sales growth across Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida and the wider NCR market. • Develop existing customers and acquire recent premium detailing accounts. • Build and convert the NCR New Studio Setup pipeline. • Make Gurgaon a flagship RUPES growth market. • Drive customer demonstrations, quotations, negotiations and closures. • Expand customer wallet: Polishers → Compounds → Pads → Accessories → Sanders → Dust Extractors → Abrasives. • Develop dealers, professional detailers, body shops, workshops and application opportunities. • Track competitors, pricing, outside-territory material and market opportunities. • Maintain disciplined CRM, pipeline and weekly sales reporting.



CANDIDATE PROFILE • 5–12 years of relevant B2B sales or business development experience. • Strong NCR territory-development experience preferred. • Automotive aftermarket, detailing, professional tools, power tools, abrasives or workshop equipment background preferred. • Proven new-business hunter with strong relationship-building ability. • Comfortable with field sales, demonstrations and consultative selling. • Solid negotiation, follow-up, reporting and CRM discipline. • Commercially aware and able to understand customer applications.
