As part of our ambitious growth strategy, we are establishing a dedicated E-Commerce and Quick Commerce division to expand our reach across India's fastest-growing digital commerce platforms and deliver the Izzhaar experience to every doorstep.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Senior Sales Head will be responsible for leading, developing and scaling Izzhaar's entire sales business across B2B, B2C and institutional channels.





This is a high-impact leadership role for a commercially strong sales professional who can build a structured sales organisation while personally driving high-value business opportunities.

The incumbent will own the overall sales strategy, revenue targets, sales team, key accounts and business development pipeline, with a strong focus on HNI clients, luxury weddings, corporate gifting, premium brands, institutions, channel partnerships, exhibitions, retail and digital commerce.

The role requires a combination of strategic leadership and hands-on selling. The Senior Sales Head will be expected to build relationships with decision-makers, generate recent business, manage high-value accounts, develop strategic partnerships and create a predictable sales pipeline for Izzhaar.

The person will also oversee and integrate sales opportunities emerging from E-Commerce, Quick Commerce, D2C, marketplaces and other digital channels as part of the overall sales strategy.
