Job Description:

We are looking for a Tax & Wealth Advisor to join a growing Wealth Management team. This role combines tax preparation, tax planning, client advisory, and wealth management collaboration to help individuals, families, business owners, and retirement plan participants make informed financial decisions.

? Key Responsibilities

Tax Preparation & Compliance
- Prepare/review individual, trust, partnership, S-Corporation, and corporate tax returns.
- Review client tax documentation and ensure accurate filings.
- Stay current with federal and state tax regulations.
- Assist clients with tax notices and inquiries.

Tax Planning & Advisory
- Identify proactive tax planning opportunities.
- Prepare tax projections and scenario analyses.
- Evaluate tax implications of investments, charitable giving, Roth conversions, business transactions, and retirement distributions.
- Support retirement income planning from a tax perspective.
- Participate in client planning meetings and provide tax guidance.

Wealth Management Collaboration




- Serve as a tax resource for Wealth Management Advisors.
- Integrate tax strategies into comprehensive financial plans.
- Collaborate with Advisors and Client Service teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Educate team members on relevant tax developments and planning opportunities.

Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Explain complex tax concepts in a transparent and practical manner.
- Respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Develop long-term relationships based on trust and expertise.

✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–7 years of tax preparation experience
- Strong knowledge of individual and business taxation
- Experience preparing complex individual tax returns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
