Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Manage onboarding processes for current hires, ensuring they have a smooth and engaging experience from day one.
- Employee Engagement:
- Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and programs to foster a positive work environment.
- Assist in conducting employee surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction and contribute to improvements.
- HR Operations:




- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist with payroll processing, attendance management, and handling employee queries related to HR policies.
- Training & Development:
- Support the scheduling and coordination of training programs and workshops for employees.
- Track employee training progress and ensure that learning objectives are met.
- HR Policies & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Assist in communicating HR policies and processes to employees.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and escalating issues to senior HR staff as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee matters.
