- Seasonal Planning: Plan assortments for different seasons, taking into account trends, customer preferences, and historical sales data.
- Supplier Relationship
- Build and maintain robust relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on factors such as product quality, reliability, and adherence to delivery schedules.
- Inventory Management/Control
- Plan and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing overstock or stockouts.
