Job Summary

Seeking a Workday HRIS Consultant to support various Workday modules including Core HCM, Recruiting, Learning, Reporting, and Prism Analytics. The role involves configuration, support, reporting, analytics, incident management, stakeholder engagement, and enhancement activities across the Workday platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain Workday HCM, Recruiting, Learning, and Prism solutions.
- Perform configuration changes, enhancements, and functional support.
- Manage incidents, tickets, and production support activities.
- Develop and troubleshoot Workday reports and analytics.
- Support People Analytics and HR reporting initiatives.
- Participate in requirement gathering, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
- Conduct demonstrations and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Support Time & Absence and other HR business processes.
- Implement small enhancements and user stories.
