· Develop financial strategy for the purpose of managing the financial and physical capital
· Responsible for fund raising & due-diligence
· Preparing MIS Report and Analysis for key Financial Indicators, Ratios, etc.
· Coordination with Bankers for various compliances as well as requirements – BG/LC, etc.
· Prepare Annual Budgets, Fund Flow Statement & monitor the same
· Define and Execute Financial Accounting Policies and Procedures
· Manage Finance Operations & ensure due diligence of financial information
Conduct periodic Audits & ensure compliances are done on time
