Role Overview:
We’re looking for an AI Engineering Leader to lead end-to-end AI product development for global supply chain and retail transformation. This role requires managing R&D; AI projects, mentoring teams, and driving innovation using Generative AI, Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead AI projects from planning to deployment
- Build Generative AI solutions (e.g., ChatGPT integration)
- Develop and integrate deep learning and reinforcement learning models
- Own the full ML lifecycle: experimentation to monitoring
- Solve complex problems using sparse/incomplete datasets
- Keep abreast of AI research to drive innovation and IP generation




- Collaborate across functions to ensure delivery of AI roadmaps

Mandatory Skills:
- 4–6 years of experience in at least 2 of the following:
- Generative AI
- Deep Learning
- NLP
- Computer Vision
- Reinforcement Learning
- AI Planning & Scheduling
- Strong leadership in AI/ML product delivery
- Solid understanding of project management for AI initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- (Preferred) Knowledge of Dynamic Programming
