Key Responsibilities:
- Shape Digital Experience for investors of Axis Mutual Fund as a combination of own enterprise, customer feedback and requests from stakeholders
- Take complete ownership of Digital Product features from the initial requirement discussion to design, testing and post live monitoring of the said feature
- Responsible for driving innovations on digital platforms and ecosystem in entirety. This includes functional capabilities via new integrations, taking control of data to drive optimization and focus on UX to push a omnichannel experience.
- Work horizontally across Digital assets and take proactive inputs from Investment Product team, Marketing, RTA Operations, Sales and Vendors
