- Track SLA adherence between Central Logistics and Business Units.
- Analyze domestic and international freight spend, duty costs, route efficiency, shipment consolidation potential
- Build lane-based costing models and freight benchmarking
- Generate insights for cost savings, and vendor contract negotiations.
- Own logistics data structure, hierarchy and master datasets (locations, lanes, carriers, cost elements).
- Ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and unified definitions across BUs.

Standardize data inputs, documentation formats, and reporting templates across the group
- Maintain carrier scorecards linked to SLAs, damages, transit times, and rate adherence.
- Drive quarterly vendor performance reviews with Central Logistics Lead.

Create frameworks for route, shipping mode, consolidator, and warehouse performance benchmarking.
- Lead development & enhancement of logistics analytics dashboards (Power BI/Advanced Excel).
- Support implementation of TMS / Trade Compliance systems.
