Role Summary

Testing Professional will be responsible for leading testing activities for the enterprise Portal platform, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, secure, and reliable functionality supporting patch scheduling, compliance reporting, workflow automation, risk management, approvals, and operational governance. The role requires close collaboration with development, operations, cybersecurity, patching teams, and business stakeholders to validate current features, enhancements, integrations, and automation capabilities.





Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end testing efforts for Portal releases and enhancements.
- Define and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
- Validate portal functionality including:
- Patch scheduling and rescheduling workflows
- Cluster concurrent patching capabilities
- Risk approval and exception management
- Compliance dashboards and reporting
- Notification and approval workflows
- ServiceNow and infrastructure integrations
- User access and role-based permissions
- AI tool integration
- Develop and maintain automated test suites for regression and integration testing.
- Perform functional, integration, system, regression, user acceptance, and performance testing.
- Validate APIs and backend services supporting portal functionality.
- Track defects through resolution and coordinate closely with development teams.
