Role and Responsibilities:

Security Engineer– Cisco Client Deployment in Azure

Role Summary

Security Engineer to design and deploy Cisco Client in Azure cloud. This role is hands-on across all deployment phases: requirements, architecture, HLD/LLD, build, configuration, integration, testing, cutover, optimization, and operational handoff.

Core Responsibilities

· Design and deploy Cisco Client in Azure for AAA, RADIUS/TACACS+, 802.1X, NAC, posture, profiling, and policy enforcement

· Integrate Cisco Client with Azure networking, hybrid infrastructure, identity services, and enterprise security controls

· Build and configure Client components, policies, authentication flows, device administration, and access control use cases

· Develop HLDs, LLDs, implementation plans, test plans, rollback plans,



and runbooks

· Execute installation, migration, validation, production cutover, and hypercare support

· Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, certificate, policy, and connectivity issues across Azure and hybrid environments

· Support knowledge transfer and transition to operations teams

Required Skills

· Solid hands-on experience with Cisco Client

· Experience deploying security infrastructure in Microsoft Azure

· Deep knowledge of 802.1X, NAC, AAA, RADIUS, TACACS+, posture, profiling, PKI/certificates

· Experience across full deployment lifecycle

· Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and implementation skills
