Job Description
Responsible for handling the Taxation Department (both Direct & Indirect Taxes) of Commercial Real Estate developer company

Proficiency in preparing Sales & Use Tax returns across multiple states and jurisdictions

Coordinate with client finance teams to manage tax-related reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close activities

Prepare and file U.S. federal and state income tax returns for branches and subsidiaries.

Submit ACH and check requests for estimated payments, extensions, and other tax-related payments.

Perform detailed M-1 calculations including Meals & Entertainment, UCC 263A, and other credits.

Maintain and update U.S. state rate workpapers and apportionment data.
