Job purpose: Providing all defined necessary support related to MMU operational issues.
Duties and responsibilities
- To organize outreach activities and coordinate with stakeholders and key personnel
- Door to door mobilization and outdoor campaigns
- To raise awareness about the diseases prevalent in the targeted villages.
- To mobilize patients from their homes to get treated in the MMU
- To manage MMU operations for assigned village/district and submit daily / weekly / monthly reports.
- Connect with local leaders and Self Help Groups for their support for awareness
- Regular follow-up with patients with identified communicable and non-communicable diseases
- Hands On MS Excel Skills
- Behavioural Competencies: Interpersonal Skills, Communication Skills and Analytical Skills
Authorities: Timely, apt,
and informed decisions on steps to be taken to achieve the required proficiency in the manpower for delivering standard quality services
Qualifications / Certifications
· Any Graduation
· Minimum 2 years work experience
- Familiarity with the basics of MS Office (preferable)
- Experienced in field visits
- Excellent Communication skills (written & verbal)
- Valuable interpersonal skills
Working conditions: Should be open to travel for executing the job responsibilities.
Technical / Physical requirements
Job location: Chandigarh, Lucknow, Jaipur, Indore, Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Thiruvananthapuram
Timings: 8 hours
Workdays: 6 days a week
Required Languages: Able to Speak, Read and Write in English and Hindi (Mandatory)
