- The role will be responsible to handle a region for collections.
- Identifying and developing measurement standards for the improvement of performance and operational effectiveness of the collections team in the region.
- To ensure that the NPAs of the region are kept at minimum trigger levels.
- The incumbent will be responsible for complete overview of agency management and you will also analyze the feedback.
- You will be required to do personal visits to High value cases which are not able to handle through normal channels.
- You will be required to constructively maximise returns on each pool cut and focus on lower delivering cuts.
- You will be required to identify training requirements and coordinating staff training.
- Work in close collaboration with the Business and Support Team to speedy redressal of all issues.
- Recruit, train and help in development of team members for achieving the region target.
- The incumbent will be responsible to work closely with legal counsel, various levels of management, or other local authorities on sensitive collections situations.




- Gathering information about competitor policies & defining a suitable collection policy & trigger mechanism for catering to the target customer from a regional perspective.
- Ensuring that the team adheres to the defined processes and policies while dealing with delinquent customers.
