Key Responsibilities
- Inspect residential buildings, common areas, amenities, parking areas and other facilities for civil maintenance requirements.
- Identify and coordinate repairs related to water leakage, seepage, cracks, plaster, painting, tiling, waterproofing and masonry works.
- Attend and resolve day-to-day civil maintenance complaints from residents/customers.
- Prepare maintenance requirements and coordinate with contractors, vendors and workmen.
- Supervise civil repair and maintenance activities at site and ensure quality and timely completion.
- Monitor waterproofing, plumbing-related civil works, drainage and seepage issues in coordination with the concerned team.




- Conduct regular inspections of the building and identify preventive maintenance requirements.
- Prepare work estimates, material requirements and basic BOQs for maintenance works.
- Maintain records of complaints, maintenance activities, material usage and completed works.
- Coordinate with Facility Management, MEP, Security, Housekeeping and other departments for smooth facility operations.
- Ensure safety practices are followed during maintenance and repair activities.
- Support senior engineers/facility managers in planning and execution of maintenance activities.
