- Define and own the Mobile App Development strategy and roadmap across major mobile tech stacks – iOS, Android, Flutter, React-Native and KMP teams.
- Lead technical steering committees, architecture reviews, and cross-functional planning sessions.
- Prepare estimates, project plans, resource deployment strategies for proposals/pursuits of sales teams as and when required.
- Design and implement scalable mobile architectures in the respective development domains.
- Identify emerging technologies and frameworks to future-proof the mobile ecosystem.

- Mentor engineers across all mobile tech stackes to develop robust Multiplatform expertise.
