Job Summary:
As the first point of contact for our company, the Telecaller Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and qualified image. This dual-role involves expertly managing our front desk and handling all telephone communications, ensuring a positive experience for every visitor and caller.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests and clients at our Hyderabad office in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen,



and forward incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about Scholars Adda's platform in-person and via phone/email.
- Direct calls to the appropriate personnel and take detailed messages.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and managing daily mail/deliveries.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings.
- Maintain and update contact databases and employee lists.

Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Language: Excellent proficiency in Hindi and English (both verbal and written). Knowledge of Telugu is a plus.

Monthly Salary & Pay Type:
Monthly Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 per month
