Job Description Summary
The India Wind Manufacturing Leader reports to the Vice President Wind Manufacturing and leads Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost outcomes across multiple manufacturing plants. This is a strategic leadership role aligned to critical business imperatives supporting a global customer base.

Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
- Establish a zero-incident safety culture and adherence to Life Saving Rules
- Drive safety standard work including best practices, root cause analysis, and methods
- Develop and execute a regional quality framework aligned with global standards
- Drive quality culture ensuring customer and engineering requirements are met
- Develop and execute regional operational standards such as daily management, MOR’s, and related rhythms to meet delivery commitments with safety and quality standards
- Deliver on regional S&OE; targets
- Implement proactive systems to provide early warnings on fulfillment risk and drive problem solving
- Lead regional Lean imperatives driving continuous improvement, deploying standard work,



value stream mapping, and eliminating waste
- Own regional operating budget and capital investment
- Develop and execute a long-term strategy for regional workforce capability, succession planning, and skills development
- Develop regional manufacturing leadership culture and capability, including meeting Glint survey improvement goals and developing leaders (front-line leader to plant leaders)
- Build One Team culture across multiple plants driving priority alignment and optimized solutions across plants, engineering, sourcing, and related stakeholders

Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing, finance, and/or relevant operational leadership experience
- Minimum of 7 years relevant experience leading teams
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
