Role Objective:

Prototype intelligent AI agents and build internal tools that streamline workflows, automate decisions, and support both creative and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and test AI agents using LLMs (e.g. GPT, Claude etc.) for internal task automation and knowledge workflows.
- Use langchain, langgraph,n8n to build low-code/no-code automated workflows, integrating with internal tools, APIs, and AI services.
- Develop tools to support content creation workflows – including script ideation, character consistency checks, and visual storyboarding.
- Collaborate with developers to integrate prototypes into existing stacks (via API hooks or UI components).
- Explore and build on RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.).
- Contribute to dashboards and AI-powered visual tools that assist with business oversight and decisioning.

Ideal Background:
- 4+ years of experience overall and atleast 1–2 years experience (or demonstrable projects) in AI automation, LLMs, or creative tech tools.
- Hands-on with Python, langchain, langraph and AI APIs
- Interest in creative AI, business systems, and rapidly building usable internal tools.
