As a Staff Software Engineer, you will provide technical leadership across teams while designing and evolving large-scale systems built for scalability, reliability, and long-term maintainability. You will help shape technical strategy, influence product and engineering roadmaps, and guide architectural decisions across multiple teams. The role combines deep hands-on engineering expertise with the ability to solve complex, systemic technical challenges. You will lead modernization, technical-debt reduction, observability, and reliability initiatives that strengthen critical production systems. You will also help accelerate engineering effectiveness through the thoughtful adoption of AI-assisted development practices. Working closely with engineering, product, QA, design, documentation, and technical support teams, you will have broad influence over both technology and business outcomes.

Accountabilities:




- Lead the architecture, design, and evolution of large-scale systems and distributed architectures, ensuring scalability, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Define and guide technical vision and strategy across multiple teams, aligning engineering priorities with long-term product and organizational objectives.
- Partner with engineering and product leadership to influence technical priorities, roadmap decisions, architectural direction, and investment areas.
- Establish and promote robust architectural patterns, coding standards, design practices, and engineering principles across teams.
- Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, design reviews, code reviews, technical guidance, and hands-on problem solving.
