Your Key Responsibilities
- Produce and review design solutions from outline briefs, correctly interpret data and effectively communicate to others.
- Manage the design and drafting team(s) allocated on projects.
- Training and mentoring staff, proposal preparation, project presentation, project management and budget management.
- Check design and assessment calculations and review detailed drawings.
- Work on multiple projects concurrently with minimal supervision.
- Ensure delivery of project in accordance with quality, timescales, and budget.
- Produce and reviews designs, drawings and budgets to ensure that technical designs will provide appropriate solution and budgets will be met.
- Plan, program,



co-ordinate project teams and tasks.
- Exercise quality control of team deliverables.
- Maintain communication and develop ongoing contacts with clients as required.
- Maintain records of all reports/drawings/documents.

Qualifications
Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in the consulting and engineering industry after graduate education, technical knowledge of road design in Open Roads.
- Civil3D and / or Inroads and/or 12D knowledge is a plus.
- Good knowledge of all aspects of technical standards and design codes such as AASHTO, Austroads, DMRB.
- Design delivery in Open Roads on international projects is a must.
- Ability to take decisions independently and take directions from Seniors.
- Proficient in Microsoft (MS) Office Suite
- Effective communicator and able to work under tight schedule
- Competent level of client service management, i.e.: able to int
