Job Summary
The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting operational data related to the loan process. The role involves preparing MIS reports, tracking productivity, ensuring data accuracy, monitoring performance metrics, and supporting management with timely insights for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to loan processing activities.
- Monitor loan application status, approval rates, disbursements, and operational KPIs.
- Extract, compile, and analyze data from various systems and databases.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness,



and integrity of loan-related data.
- Generate dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, Google Sheets, or other reporting tools.
- Track team productivity, TAT (Turnaround Time), and SLA adherence.
- Identify process gaps and provide data-driven recommendations for operational improvements.
- Coordinate with Operations, Quality, and Management teams for reporting requirements.
- Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure report accuracy.
- Maintain confidential customer and business information as per company policies.
- Support management with ad-hoc reports and analytical requirements.
