Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to support our Masterbatches business. This entry-level position is ideal for a fresher with a robust academic background in chemistry, polymers, or related fields and a keen interest in sales. The role offers the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of B2B sales, customer relationship management, and market analysis in the plastics and masterbatch industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support & Lead Generation:
- Assist in identifying new customer leads and business opportunities.
- Support the senior sales team in developing proposals and conducting follow-ups.
- Learn to use the company’s CRM tool for logging sales activities and lead tracking.
- Customer Interaction:
- Participate in client meetings (in person or virtual) to understand customer needs.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers under guidance.
- Provide timely responses to basic customer queries with help from the technical team.




- Market Awareness & Learning:
- Stay updated on company products, pricing, and technical specifications.
- Understand basic market trends and customer preferences in the plastics industry.
- Participate in internal and external training programs to build industry knowledge.
- Sales Coordination & Reporting:
- Support sales team with data collection, report preparation, and documentation.
- Maintain updated records of sales activities and client communications.
- Assist in preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports for internal reviews.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with senior sales, technical, and customer support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Assist in coordinating with distributors or field teams for sample dispatch, feedback, and demos.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related field.
