Talent Management:• Provide qualified expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the talent review process that results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent.
• Develop framework for Identification of Critical talent and their Career Planning.
• Organization structuring, Creating organizational charts and Job descriptions
• Manage employee exit processes, including conducting exit interviews
Organization Development (OD):• Facilitate organizational structure reviews, role clarity, and competency mapping exercises.
• Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development programs.
• Conduct employee engagement surveys and develop action plans based on feedback.
• Support culture transformation and change management initiatives.
HR Project Management & Analytics:• Designing HR strategy, manpower budgeting and 5-year plan in line with company growth strategy
• Develop,



monitor and review HR strategies/projects plans for HR verticals.
• Formulating an HR vision, deciding on a strategic HR direction, and building plans to achieve your goals
• Oversees and coordinates the development of strategic programs on a project management basis
• Assist in the preparation of papers, including those for the Board, Sub Committees of the Board.
• Design the robust MIS/Dashboards with on time and accurate HR analytics reports.
