Role Overview

You’ll be a strategic HR Business Partner, working closely with leaders to shape how people are hired, developed, motivated, and retained. In this role, you’ll support Customer Support, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams while turning people and organizational insights into clear, practical actions that strengthen performance and culture.

You’ll advise leaders on organizational design, coach managers, and use data to identify trends before they become issues. You’ll also be the go-to partner for employee relations in India, helping resolve complex situations with sound judgment, empathy, and a solid understanding of local employment law.

Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, inform decisions, and translate analysis into clear priorities and actions.

These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview

5+ years of relevant experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.

Hands-on experience managing employee relations in India, including complex and sensitive cases.
