The Role
Role Summary

This Solution Marketing Manager is a key member and leader on the Solution Marketing team, owning the development of positioning, messaging and narrative that helps Kyndryl’s sales, marketing and GTM teams succeed. They own the artifacts and arguments that make Kyndryl’s capabilities credible and compelling to our target buyers.

We are hiring for people skilled and passionate about the craft of solution marketing (often called portfolio or product marketing): getting inside a technical domain quickly, synthesizing customer, market,



competitive and business insight, finding the customer tension and business value at stake, and building the positioning and evidence that make Kyndryl’s value obvious and differentiated. For this specific role, experience in cloud technology and cloud services is an asset.

This is an individual contributor role with significant leadership opportunity to influence portfolio strategy. It works with limited direction and anticipates where the market and the business are moving and updates positioning ahead of being asked, rather than waiting for a brief. It is accountable for cross-functional projects and mobilizes people who do not report to it.
